- Syrup: put the sugar in a saucepan and bring to the fire, stirring constantly until it melts and starts to brown, as soon as it browns, add 1/2 cup of water little by little and keep stirring until it thickens again.
- In the blender, place the milk, the can of condensed milk and the 3 eggs (you can sieve the yolks to remove the skin), beat well for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the syrup in the form that will cook the pudding, then add the mixture from the blender and take it to the fire in a bain-marie or in the oven also in a bain-marie. Leave in the fire for 40 minutes! Once removed from the heat, let it cool to unmold.
