- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- grated coconut100 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- In a pudding mold, place the sugar and heat until it melts and turns golden (be careful not to burn) add 1/2 cup of water and stir until the sugar is completely melted. In a pudding roast, place the syrup and spread it well (reserve)
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla essence for about 3 minutes. Then add the condensed milk, cream and coconut, beat for another 2 minutes. Gently place this mixture on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes (depending on the power of your oven for up to an hour.
- IMPORTANT: Do not try to unmold it if it is hot, to avoid mistakes and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours
