- Vanilla paste (optional)15 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk350 ml
- Egg200 g
- coconut50 g
- Place the sugar and water in a pan, mix and remove the sugar from the sides of the pan. Take it to the fire until it forms a caramel, you can't move it after you take it to the fire so you don't crystallize the syrup.
- When you get to the point, add the vanilla paste and transfer the caramel to the mold. Reserve.
- In the blender place the condensed milk, milk and egg, beat until smooth.
- Add the coconut, beat quickly just to mix.
- Transfer to the mold, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, in a bain-marie.
- Let it cook slowly for approximately 60 minutes or until the edge of the pudding is firm and the middle is soft, looking like gelatin.
- Take it to the fridge and wait at least 3 hours to unmold.
