- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Grated Coconut50 g
- (Tail) Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Mix the condensed milk, milk, eggs and coconut in a blender.
- Whisk until a homogeneous consistency is formed and set aside.
- Tail: Put the sugar and water on the fire until it forms a caramel tail, transfer to the mold with a hole in the middle and then add the liquid on top
- Cook in a bain-marie or oven for 40 minutes or until firm.
- Keep in the fridge until the next day and unmold.
