Milk (amount of condensed milk can)1 can(s)
Eggs3 unit(s)
Grated Coconut50 g
(Tail) Sugar2 cup
Water1 cup

Mix the condensed milk, milk, eggs and coconut in a blender.
Whisk until a homogeneous consistency is formed and set aside.
Tail: Put the sugar and water on the fire until it forms a caramel tail, transfer to the mold with a hole in the middle and then add the liquid on top
Cook in a bain-marie or oven for 40 minutes or until firm.
Keep in the fridge until the next day and unmold.
