- Milk cans (use empty condensed milk cans to measure)2 can(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Margarine and sugar for greasing to taste
- (For the syrup) chopped (cup of tea)2 cup
- Lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs in a blender. Pour in a 22 cm diameter hole in the middle greased with butter and sprinkle with sugar and put in a medium oven, preheated, in a bain-marie, for 50 minutes or until signing.
- Let it cool, take it to the fridge for 2 hours and unmold.
- For the syrup, mix the strawberries, lemon juice and sugar and mash well with a fork until obtaining a thick syrup. Serve over the pudding
