- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk600 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- In a mold with a hole, place the sugar and bring it to a low heat until it melts and gets the color of guarana. Add the water slowly and carefully and let the caramel melt completely. Remove from heat and reserve.
- In the blender place the eggs, condensed milk, milk and vanilla. Beat for 5 minutes and leave for 15 minutes.
- Pour the liquid into the form with a sieve and slowly. Bake in a bain-marie covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour or until the pudding is firm.
- Let it cool in the fridge covered and when it's time to unmold, heat it up a little on the stove top.
