- Sugar01 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Start by preparing the syrup. Place the sugar in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely melted. Then add the water slowly and mix until completely dissolved.
- With the syrup ready, pour it into a pudding mold and set aside.
- For the dough, place the condensed milk, milk, eggs and cornstarch in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into the mold and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place the mold inside a 7 liter pressure cooker and add 500 ml of water. Close the pan and bring to a boil.
- After the pot gets pressure, count 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Let the pressure go off on its own. After opening the pan and waiting for the form to cool down to remove the form and take it to the fridge.
- Place in the fridge for two hours, turn the pudding onto a plate and serve.
