- Condensed milk pudding is very easy to prepare! Start by preparing the syrup by melting the sugar in a pan over medium heat, add the water, stir and cook until thickened.
- When the syrup is ready, pour it into a pudding mold, spreading it on the sides and in the center, and set aside.
- Now prepare the condensed milk pudding: beat the eggs well in the blender, then add the remaining two ingredients and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the pudding preparation into the tin, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven at 180ÂșC, in a water bath, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- You will know the pudding is ready when you insert a toothpick or fork and it comes out clean. At this time, turn off the heat, remove the pudding and let it cool. Put it in the fridge for a few hours to firm up, unmold it into a plate with some depth (because of the syrup) and serve!
