- Milk600 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Over medium heat, add the sugar to a pan and stir until the sugar melts and turns to caramel.
- With the fire on, add 100ml of water and mix until smooth.
- Turn off the heat and grease the pudding mold with the caramel. Reserve.
- In a blender, add the milk, eggs and condensed milk. Beat everything for 7 minutes.
- Take your mixture and put it in the mold.
- In a bain-marie, add the pudding mold into the hot oven and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the pudding from the oven and wait for it to cool.
- Place in the fridge for 12 hours or until the next day.
- Unmold your pudding onto an appropriately sized platter or plate and serve!
