- For the pudding: Condensed milk395 g
- Whole milk790 ml

- In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden, add the hot water and stir with a spoon. Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens. Forre with the syrup a central hole shape 19 cm in diameter and set aside.
- In a blender, beat all the pudding ingredients for approximately one minute and pour into the reserved form.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C) in a bain-marie for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, after cooling, take it to freeze for about 6 hours. unmold and serve chilled.
- Tip: It is essential that the pudding is prepared in a bain-marie so that it bakes evenly to achieve the ideal texture. So that your pudding doesn't form holes, check that the oven temperature is set as indicated in the recipe, put the mold in the oven on the upper rack, away from the flame.
