- Recipe
- Condensed milk500 g
- Wheat flour (can be gluten-free)1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk (just to make the dough softer)5 tablespoon
- Guava/ Nutella/ coconut/ jelly. to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Generously grease a medium pan with margarine (a lot).
- Add the condensed milk using a zigzag motion so that it spreads throughout the pan (it usually spreads on its own).
- Beat the egg, sugar, flour, yeast in a mixer. Leave the milk for last.
- Now just pour the dough in the same zigzag movement over the condensed milk. Don't worry, it will work out.
- While it spreads over the pan, you can now turn on the oven at 180°.
- Now you can put it in the oven. But, keep an eye on it because about 20 minutes is enough.
- While it's in the oven you can prepare the pattern for rolling the roulade.
- Take a dish towel and wet it. Then sprinkle sugar (this sugar will help the roulade not to stick to the cloth).
- Remove the roulade from the oven and use a silicone spatula to run it over the sides to "help it release from the pan".
- Turn the pan quickly so that the roulade falls onto the cloth. The condensed milk part is on top!
- Now, if you want, you can add jam, Nutella, coconut, etc. If you don't want to, roll it up anyway! He is a delight in his own right.
- Roll it up gently and slowly so it doesn't break.
- Suggestions: 1st grease the mold well, this will make it easier for it to come out successfully. 2° if you are going to use fresh fruit in the filling, consume it on the same day.
