- Wheat flour2 cup

- Butter7 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- In a bowl, mix the flour, egg yolk, sugar and butter. Mix everything with your hands, until you get a very smooth dough and unsticking from your hands.
- Place small portions of dough in the pie pans (I use the n°5 pan). Use your fingers to shape the dough, being careful not to make it too thin.
- Now add the condensed milk in the center of the dough.
- Now just take it to the oven preheated to 180° until golden.
- *Important; Do not add too much condensed milk, as it can overflow and spill into the oven. The tortelets must be baked at a maximum of 180° for the condensed milk to cook well.
