- Dark chocolate200 g
- Milk chocolate500 g
- Stuffing to taste, such as: brigadeiro, kiss, dulce de leche, etc... M&M's type confectionery. PREPARATION MODE: Melt the two types of chocolate together in a bain-marie. Dip each cone in the melted chocolate, but only on the outside and place on parchment paper until dry. Round off the sides of the bathed cones, so they are smooth and pretty. Place the cones in a perforated support and pour a small portion of melted chocolate in the bottom of each cone, only in the very bottom. Place some balls or M&M's in the bottom, over the chocolate bottom. Put the stuffing of your choice, until the cones are full. TIP: The filling must not be too soft. Smooth the surfaces of the cones well and spread a thin layer of melted chocolate over each cone. Let it dry. Wrap in truffle paper and label, placing the date. ADDITIONAL TIPS: You can use the most varied fillings possible: brigadeiro, beijinho, dulce de leche with coconut, dulce de leche with chestnuts, strawberry brigadeiro, traditional truffle, etc... Use your imagination! ➡️ Keep refrigerated, it lasts a long time.
