- HEALTHY COOKIE 🍪⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀• 1 cup of oat bran ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀• 4 spoons of coconut flour or almonds or peanuts⠀⠀• 4 tablespoons of coconut or brown sugar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀• 3 tablespoons of coconut oil or unsalted butter• 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (optional)• A pinch of salt and cinnamon (optional) • 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate • Water to the point ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀• Chocolate drops ⠀⠀⠀0 to taste
- ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Add the melted coconut oil and mix to form a farofa. Gradually add the water until you form a dough that does not stick to your hands. Make balls and flatten them, forming cookies. Put it in a greased shape with butter paper and finish with chocolate drops. Cook over low heat preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
