- Butter100 g
- Brown or crystal sugar1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Milk chocolate300 g
- Supplyable chocolate chips100 g
- Sour cream50 g
- In the mixer add the butter, sugar and egg. Mix well Then add the vanilla essence, the sifted sodium bicarbonate and the sifted wheat flour (put in gradually)
- Remove from the mixer and add the chocolate coins, mix with the aid of a spoon. After that, just put half the dough in a mold with a removable bottom.
- For the filling add the chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave every 30 seconds so that the chocolate does not burn. After adding the cream of milk and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the filling to the cookie dough and place the other part of the dough on top.
- Place the chocolate drops on top of the dough and bake for 30 minutes in an oven at 180°
