- Melted butter1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Milk chocolate chips (NESTLÉ 2 FRADES)100 g
- FILLING: milk girl1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder (NESTLÉ 2 FRADES)2 tablespoon
- Butter1/2 tablespoon
- MASS: In a bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg and vanilla essence and mix well until obtaining a homogeneous and clear mixture.
- Add the wheat flour, baking powder and half of the chocolate chips.
- Place in the fridge for 10 min. Reserve.
- FILLING In a pan, mix the milk, chocolate powder and butter - soft brigadeiro, medium heat, 6 min. Wait for it to cool, set it aside. (MAY BE WITH NUTELLA)
- MOUNTING Distribute half of the dough in a shape with a removable bottom (20 cm in diameter)
- Spread the reserved brigadeiro filling, cover with the rest of the dough and decorate with the other half of the drops.
- Take to medium oven (180°C), preheated for about 35 min. Unmold and serve.
