- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Butter1 cup
- Brown Sugar1 cup
- Refined Sugar1 cup

- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, bicarbonate, baking powder and salt. Mix well and book.
- In another bowl, melt the butter, add the sugar and the eggs. Mix. Pass this mixture to another bowl that is the dry ingredients and mix until it's a dough.
- Take to fridge for 20 minutes. Then make the cookie balls and put them in a greased shape or with butter paper. Bake for 12 minutes.
