- Refined sugar100 g
- Brown sugar90 g
- Butter150 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- Mix butter (ointment point), refined and brown sugar, add the eggs and then the flour and yeast. Knead with your hands. Perfect point: when you make a ball without sticking.
- Make the balls in the desired size and flatten a little, put the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25 min at 180 degrees on parchment paper. Remember to space the cookies out as they will grow a little!
