- Vanilla essence1/2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour (2 and a half cups)2 cup
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips or chopped2 cup
- In a bowl mix the sugars, add the melted butter and mix well, forming a "porridge".
- Now it's time to add the eggs and the essence, mixing well with the fouet.
- Add the wheat flour and the baking powder, until you get a uniform and hard dough, so much so that your arm can hurt to do this part.
- Finally, let's mix in the chocolate.
- You can make the balls with the spoon or with the ice cream scoop, remember the distance, because they open while they are in the oven (like this photo).
- I used a non-stick pan, so I didn't need to grease it, another option is to line it with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180° for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven until golden.
