- Butter at room temperature135 g
- Sugar110 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Strawberry Jam to taste
- In the bolw put the butter and sugar and mix with the fuer until it lightens a little
- Add the egg and vanilla essence and mix
- Add the flour and start mixing with your hands until it comes off the bolw
- Place the dough on a freezer bag and place another on top and open the dough with a roll to the thickness of 0.5 cm and take it to freeze for 30 minutes
- Cut several times with the round cutter until half of the dough and in the other half cut with the round cutter and make a hole in the middle with a smaller cutter to show the filling.
- Place the dough you cut on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 minutes or until golden.
- If there is leftover dough and it gets soft, open the dough between the freezer bags, take the dough to freeze again and repeat the process
- After cooling, take the cookies, make pairs with and without a hole in the middle. On the whole part, with the help of a coffee spoon, place a little of the strawberry jelly in the center of the cookie, (do not exaggerate) and close with the cookie with a hole in the middle.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar with the help of a sieve over the cookies and it's ready.
- If you are not going to consume it right away, leave it in a jar that seals well and leave it to put the Jelly at the time of consumption so as not to soften the biscuit.
