- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Sunflower oil1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Raisins100 g
- Ripe banana4 unit(s)
- Corn flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the coconut milk, oil, eggs and raisins, set aside;
- In a bowl, with the aid of a whisk, mix the mashed bananas, the previous mixture and the corn flour, until a homogeneous mixture is formed;
- Finally, add the baking powder;
- In a shape with a hole, greased only with oil, distribute the dough;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden.
- Unmold and the cake is ready to serve!
