- Cornmeal mimoso300 g
- Sugar250 g
- Wheat flour300 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Margarine200 g
- Guava in cubes100 g
- Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ones.
- Mix well until the dough is very smooth.
- Make balls and flatten them. Then, with your finger, open a hole with the dough and place the guava paste.
- Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes in a medium oven. I greased the mold with cornmeal.
