  • Cornmeal mimoso300 g
  • Sugar250 g
  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Margarine200 g
  • Guava in cubes100 g
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ones.
  2. Mix well until the dough is very smooth.
  3. Make balls and flatten them. Then, with your finger, open a hole with the dough and place the guava paste.
  4. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes in a medium oven. I greased the mold with cornmeal.
