- Small fresh grated coconut1 unit(s)
- Margarine500 g
- Milk powder4 tablespoon
- Water200 ml
- Cut the corn, put it in a blender with milk and water. Set aside, then melt the margarine, mix with the sugar and egg yolks, add the wheat flour and mix the beaten corn in a blender. Now add the fresh coconut, the beaten egg whites, finally the yeast, stirring very slowly just to incorporate. Put it in the greased light shape to bake in a preheated 180 degrees medium oven.
