- Blend the corn removed from the cob, milk, eggs and margarine in a blender. Beat well until the corn is crushed. Then add the wheat flour, sugar, grated coconut and finally the yeast. Grease a mold with a hole in the middle and place it to bake in an oven preheated to 180º C. Bake for about 1 hour or until golden and when you stick a fork, it comes out clean. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit to unmold.
