- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Cornmeal1/4 cup
- Shredded Coconut2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a blender. Then add grated coconut, yeast and mix. Put it to bake!!
- Place in the round shape with hole and in the square shape. The form must be greased and floured!!
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes!!
