- Oil100 ml
- 1 cup of sugar200 mg
- 1 cup of flakes200 mg
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Shredded Coconut2 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour into a 25 cm diameter round pan, greased and sprinkled.
- Finally, add the powdered yeast.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes or until a knife sticks out without residue.
