- Wheat flour11/2 cup
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Flocão1 cup
- Oil1/4 cup
- Milk250 ml
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Start by hydrating the flake until it doubles in volume.
- Then liquefy the corn, oil, milk, eggs, sugar and flakes already hydrated for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the wheat flour and baking powder and liquefy slightly.
- Pour into a greased and floured form. Bake for about 40 minutes.
