- eggs3 unit(s)
- oil (same measure as the can of corn)1 can(s)
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- grated coconut100 g
- baking powder2 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the corn, cornmeal, sugar, eggs and oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the wheat flour and beat for another 3 minutes. Add the grated coconut and beat for 2 minutes. Lastly, add the yeast and mix for 5 seconds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the dough is cooked.
