- Milk1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the corn (without the water), the eggs, the milk and the oil.
- Add the sugar and cornmeal and beat for 5 (five) minutes.
- Add the yeast spoon and beat on the pulse function for 10 seconds.
- Unite the shape with margarine and cornmeal and pour the dough.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until golden. And just enjoy!
