- Corn Flake1 can(s)
- Oil1/2 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Guava200 mg
- Drain the corn and use the can for measurements. Grease and flour a cake tin with a hole. Preheat the oven. Place the corn (already drained), milk, sugar, cornflakes, oil, eggs in the blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground. If you want, you can add two tablespoons of grated coconut. Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times. Pour this dough into the form and take it to the medium oven. Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test and observe a medium golden tone, to know that the cake is ready. Wait for it to cool completely before unmolding.
- Roof In a pan, add 1/2 cup of water and add the guava in pieces. On medium heat, stir until melted and become a pasty coating.
