- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Leave the shape with a hole in the middle, already greased with oil and wheat flour. 2 Place the corn (without water), milk, sugar, corn flakes, oil, eggs in the blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground. 3 If you want, you can add two tablespoons of grated coconut, add the baking powder and pulse three times. 4 Pour the dough into the shape and take it to the medium oven and let it bake for approximately 40 minutes. 5 Do the Toothpick Test and watch for a medium Gold tone to see if the cake is done. 6 Wait for it to cool completely before unmolding. And it goes great with coffee or tea.
