- corn, milk, sugar, cornflakes1 can(s)
- Soybean oil1/2 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing1 tablespoon
- Drain the corn and use the can for measurements if you prefer
- Grease a cake tin with holes with butter and flour. Pre heat the oven.
- Place the drained corn, milk, sugar, cornflakes, oil, eggs, grated cheese in a blender and blend until the corn is well ground. Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times.
- Pour the dough into the shape and take it to the medium oven and let it bake for about 20 min. If necessary, leave a little more time until the dough is dry.
- Okay, now just serve.
