- In a blender, beat the corn, eggs, sugar, oil and milk for approximately 5 minutes. 📌 In a bowl, place the beaten ingredients and add the cornmeal and yeast and stir for approximately 1 minute. 📌 Bake in oven at 180° for approximately 01 hour Note: time may vary from oven to oven, so keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. 📌 Don't open the oven before 20 min, otherwise your cake will sun. 📌 To know if it's ready, just pierce the dough with a fork or toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's because it's not ready. 📌 Wait about 10min before unmolding the cake to prevent it from breaking
