- Oil1/2 can(s)
- Sugar1 can(s)
- Corn without liquid1 can(s)
- Shredded Coconut to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Put the can of corn (already drained), the milk, sugar, corn flakes, oil, eggs in the blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground. Use the can as a measure for the other ingredients.
- If you want, you can add grated coconut. Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times. Pour that dough into shape and take it to medium oven.
- Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes. Take the toothpick test and observe a medium golden tone, to know that the cake is ready. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top and enjoy this delight.
