- oil (as per the can of corn)1 can(s)
- fuba (same measure as the can of corn)1 can(s)
- eggs4 unit(s)
- sugar3 cup
- wheat flour2 tablespoon
- yeast powder2 tablespoon
- grated coconut100 g
- Beat the corn, oil, cornmeal, eggs and sugar in a blender for 10 minutes
- Add the wheat flour and beat well
- Add the grated coconut and beat for another 5 minutes.
- Finally add the yeast and stir with the aid of a wooden spoon.
- In a greased round shape with a hole in the middle add the dough
- Bake in the oven at 180°. Let it cook for 40 minutes
