- Sugar1 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, place the corn and blend for 1 minute. Then add the eggs, sugar, margarine and milk. Beat for 1 more minute. Add the cornmeal and beat a little more to mix. Lastly, add the baking powder and whisk quickly just to blend. Pour this mixture into a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes or until golden.
