- Blend all ingredients in a blender except coconut and baking powder for 5 minutes. After that time, add the grated coconut and baking powder and beat for another 1 minute. Then grease a 15 or 20 cm shape, heat the oven, pour the liquid into the shape and place it to bake over medium heat.
- This recipe is for a 15 to 20 cm rim pan. If you use a larger one, double the recipe.
