- Cornmeal1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Blend everything in the blender, Grease a mold with margarine and sprinkle with granulated sugar or cornmeal, pour half of the dough and spoon in all the curd and, finally, pour the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes (until it is well browned). This cake is delicious, serve it with a cup of coffee and be happy!
