- Sugar30 tablespoon
- warm milk1 cup
- Wheat flour10 tablespoon
- Corn flour10 tablespoon
- Baking powder3 dessert spoon
- For the topping: semisweet chocolate bar100 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Separate the clams from the yolks into two bowls.
- Beat the egg whites in a mixer, add 15 tablespoons of sugar and beat again. Reserve.
- Add the other 15 tablespoons of sugar to the yolks and beat in the mixer.
- Add the milk to the yolks and beat again in the mixer.
- Now mixing with a whisk, add the flours and stir.
- Add the yeast and stir again.
- Finally, mix the snow whites.
- Place in a greased shape with oil of your choice.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 45 min (can vary, keep an eye out!).
- How to prepare the frosting: melt the chocolate in the microwave, then mix it with the cream and pour it over the already baked cake.
