Corn cake with condensed milk

Colocar no liquidificador, o milho, o óleo, o leite condensado, os ovos, o fubá, a farinha de trigo.

Bater por cerca de 2 minutos e acrescente o fermento em pó e misture.

Despeje essa mistura numa forma untada e enfarinhada. Leve ao forno a 180 graus por 35 minutos.


Put the corn, oil, condensed milk, eggs, cornmeal, wheat flour in a blender.

Beat for about 2 minutes and add the baking powder and mix.

Pour this mixture into a greased and floured form. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
