- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Corn1 can(s)
- Cornmeal11/2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs and sugar in a blender. Beat for 2 minutes. Add the oil, milk and green corn. Beat for 1 minute.
- Transfer the liquid from the blender to a bowl, put the salt and cornmeal, mix well and add the baking powder. Mix.
- Shape with hole in the middle, greased with butter or margarine and sprinkled with cornmeal. Put the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden.
- Once baked, unmold the warm cake. This delicious cake is ready.
