- Corn starch1 tablespoon

- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- For the curau: milk200 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- For the cake, put the two cups of milk, cornmeal, sugar, oil, margarine, starch, eggs, corn with water and yeast and hit the blender.
- Grease a shape, put the dough and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
- For the brigadeiro, beat the corn in the blender and pass it through a sieve.
- Then transfer to a pan, add the condensed milk and milk and take it to the fire until it forms a cream.
- Then mix the cream and it's ready.
- Unmold the cake and place the brigadeiro on top. Put cinnamon to taste.
