- Cornmeal, milharina or flake1 can(s)
- Sugar1 can(s)
- Oil150 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- grated coconut50 g
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Guava100 g
- Water100 ml
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, except for the yeast.
- Add the yeast and mix without beating too much.
- Place in a greased and floured form.
- Place in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- For syrup: chop the guava and bring to a boil with the water until it melts.
- Pour over the cake.
