- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Place the corn, eggs, milk and sugar in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds at maximum speed. After this process, add the cornmeal and yeast and liquefy for another 30 seconds. Pour 20x20 greased with margarine and cornmeal and bake until golden. To check if it's completely baked, just do the toothpick test.
- Let it cool completely, cut the pieces to the size you want and finish with icing sugar. serve.
- Note: In the description of the ingredients I put the measure in cup, because the app doesn't have the option of the CAN. All measurements can be used on the CAN of green corn you are going to use.
