- Chemical Yeast10 g

- Fennel10 g
- Guava100 g
- Sanitize and separate all utensils and ingredients
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Then the liquids, adding the milk little by little so as not to lose the point
- The ideal point is how much you can make balls and not crumble.
- Then make balls of approximately 60 g and cut pieces of guava paste, fill the balls, then knead using the palm of both hands to flatten them.
- After this process, add fennel on top and bake in a greased roast.
- Optional brush yolk on top. Let it bake at high temperature until it is a little golden.
- Remembering that you can't brown completely, because it can get hard, take it out before and let it cool.
