- milarina1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, place the corn and blend for a minute. Add eggs, sugar, margarine and milk. Beat for a minute. Add milharina and beat for a little more to mix. Lastly, add the baking powder and beat quickly just to mix. Place in a cupcake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes or until golden. Tip: You can put some weed foce in the dough.
