- Coconut milk250 ml
- Sugar80 g
- Grated Parmesan50 g
- Wheat Flour150 g
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava200 g
- Oil150 ml
- I started by hydrating the flake with coconut milk for 10 minutes (this makes the cake fluffier and softer).
- In the blender I beat the eggs, oil, parmesan, sugar and the hydrated Flocão, poured this mixture into a bowl and mixed the flour and yeast.
- Dip the pieces of guava paste in wheat flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the mold.
- I put all the dough in a greased and floured mold, spread the pieces of guava paste on top and took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 45 minutes.
