- Recipe
- Corn on the cob7 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk2 l
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Cut the corn (on the cob) with the aid of a knife, separating the grain from the cob.
- Divide into parts and hit the blender along with the milk.
- Then pass through a sieve, sieving well.
- Only use the liquid that has been sieved.
- Place the liquid, sugar and margarine in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, if it gets too thick right away, add more milk.
- Keep stirring until it thickens, taste a little (carefully) to see if the sugar is to your liking, or if you need more, and wait for it to boil... The right point is when it is like a thick porridge.
- Turn off the heat and place it still hot on a glass platter or plates and, if desired, sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
- Wait for it to cool down and serve.
- NOTE: The amount of milk may vary according to the quality of the corn, the harder the corn, the more milk it takes to get the right consistency.
